I have a question for you…your presentation is stunning however…I’m thinking that with the variety you’ve presented, the time involved in baking everything would take a very long time. Is there something I’m missing?

We are a custom bakery and our customers usually like to go big. It does take a while so you are not missing that aspect. When baking wedding cakes we really make it all about that brides special day so our tastings typically last 2 to 3 hours. Not a standard approach at all but we really have fun, made some great friends in the process, and a lot of happy brides…….
