Hey Spencer and Kay!
Just wanted to thank you again for everything you have done for Josh and I. It was such a pleasant surprise to see Spencer at El Tap with our anniversary cake. (Wish you could have made it also Kay!) We had spoken about telling our story so here it goes..
From the first time I met you guys, I felt like a hand shake was not enough, I had to give you a hug! You guys welcomed me with open arms with such sweet and personal hospitality! When Nanci and I came for the tasting, I fell in love with your creations. I love to bake so to taste a portion of  what you have available was very exciting for me. It was very difficult to make decisions on which cake, which icing, which design…all were incredible and literally too pretty to eat! I knew then you would create a masterpiece for our special day!
Growing up from a little girl, the cake is one of the many things that you think about, dream about, wish about. My first reaction to our wedding cake, did not include words. I was speechless and was so very impressed. We could not have been more pleased. It was perfect.
It was so perfect that it only took 2 weeks for me to convince everyone that we should eat the top layer before it got too old. I could not hold out any longer. It was worth every bite! After finding out that we would be getting a replacement cake for our anniversary was what I like to call a blessing. I sincerely looked forward to that all year long and reminded Josh for the last 4 months to have Nanci call you guys.
To walk into El Tap that day and see that Spencer had hand delivered it to us meant the world! As you remember Spencer, I could not wait and we cut it there at the restaurant. I knew what it was going to taste like and wanted to share it with everyone! After sharing with you guys, we made our way to my parents and shared with them also. You both are very special and dear to our hearts! Thank you for making our special day unforgettable and continuing to think of us! You truly are a blessing!

Everything was absolutely fabulous Friday night! We were so pleased, the cupcakes and cake looked exquisite and tasted every bit as good as they looked! Nick and Amanda were so happy with it all, we were all fighting over the few cupcakes that were left. Dear Kay,
Both cakes were absolutely beautiful, as well as delicious. The brides cake was just as Ashley and I had hoped it would be.  The wonderful chocolate bow with the pin was the topic of conversation.
