Annie and Jesse’s wedding was on a perfect September day. Annie selected two flavors of cake, Classic Yellow and Strawberry. Each tier was filled with Cream Cheese and covered with Italian Meringue Buttercream Icing. Her top wedding cake tier was covered with White Chocolate Curls, her second tier was covered with Toasted Cake Crumbs, her third tier was covered with Dark Chocolate Shavings and the base of her wedding cake was covered with Toasted Coconut. Annie’s cake was beautiful, delicious and simply Too Pretty To Eat.
